project: scrapbook.
i’ve always had an obsession over paper and crafts. one of my recent projects (and a graduation gift to my soon-to-be sister-in-law) was a scrapbook of the moment my brother and her got engaged.
the details: my brother proposed to his gf of 3 years, bev, in her favorite city.. san francisco. as a surprise, he flew me out to help set up the location and to capture the moment. it almost went off without a hitch except when she totally heard me giggling from behind a trashcan! it was awesome regardless and i’m sooo happy to be able to say i was there to witness such a special moment!

Hi, I was googling Whisknladle (I work at a San Diego PR firm and they are one of my clients) and came across your blog, I’m so glad you enjoyed your friends birthday there. I also thought it was a small world when I saw where your brother proposed to his fiance… my husband proposed to me in that same spot last October, we just got married this past October! I wish I would have seen this site then, I made so much of the wedding materials myself and thought that starting a company based on my experience would be fun though you are much braver and are doing so…anyways, just felt the need to comment when I saw the scrapbook you made… best of luck!
